Hearts of Oak defender Mohammed Alhassan heading to Iraqi Club Al Kharabaa as free agent

Hearts of Oak defender Mohammed Alhassan has secured a deal with Iraqi Club Al Kharabaa FC.

The centre back’s existing contract with Hearts of Oak expires in few months time and does not want to renew.

Alhassan is adamant to sign a new contract with the Ghanaian giants which could see him leave the club as a free agent.

He could be on his way to Iraq in the coming weeks.

Since joining Hearts of Oak from Wafa, the defender has been one of the most consistent players at the club with his dedication earning him the role as the deputy skipper for the side.

The 30-year-old is currently with the Black Galaxies team in Cape Coast preparing for the Championship of African Nations qualifier against Benin.
