Accra Hearts of Oak has constituted a five-member Interim Management Committee (IMC) to oversee the affairs of the club following the resignation of Managing Director Julius Ben Enumah.
Astute football administrator Dr. Nyaho Nyaho-Tamakloe has been appointed chairman of the committee, which will temporarily manage the club until a substantive management team is appointed.
Dr. Nyaho-Tamakloe will be supported by Samuel Wilfred Yaw Inkoom, who will be responsible for finance, while Akwasi Agyemang will oversee operations.
Hon. Vincent Sowah Odotei has been tasked with administration, with Alhaji Yusif Abdullai, chairman of the National Chapter Committee (NCC), responsible for mobilisation.
Enumah’s resignation brings an end to his seven-month tenure as the club’s Managing Director.
In a statement, the Hearts of Oak Board of Directors assured stakeholders that it is taking all necessary steps to ensure the club remains committed to achieving pre-eminence both domestically and on the continental stage.
The club also called on all stakeholders to support the IMC and help ensure the successful execution of its mandate.
